Nyanga Orphanage, Nyanga, Zimbabwe

Nyanga Orphanage was home for 12 children, we delivered a significant amount of supplies and as it was Christmas time when we visited Bill was Father Christmas and he gave out presents to all. It was interesting that although they had never heard of Father Christmas they soon acted like all the other children who wait for his arrival – full of excitement and joy.

The Orphanage is sadly no longer operating and the children were re-homed. But for the time they were there, we provided them with much-needed commodities like clothing, food, washing powders, soap, oil etc…
